Purchase Terms
At the end of the transaction, the purchased ticket will be shown on the screen. At the same time, you will also receive an e-mail containing a file with the ticket(s) you have just purchased as well as the general terms outlining the clauses that regulate passenger road transport. You must present the printed ticket(s) shown on the screen or contained in these files to the driver of the service in order to access the vehicle.
If you do not see the ticket(s) on your PC or do not receive the e-mail with the abovementioned files once the payment transaction has been completed, you must immediately notify our Web customer service at 902 02 00 52, during customer service hours or by e-mail at informacion@avanzabus.com providing the reference that appears on the virtual PST template or the data you have on the transaction completed and a contact phone number so that they may check and confirm whether or not your transaction was charged and, if it was, provide you with your ticket data so that you may obtain a duplicate(s) from the same website. Never repeat a purchase transaction without having verified that the one completed was not charged.
The tickets acquired through the Internet are nominative and the bearer must prove ownership of the tickets to access the vehicle by providing a legal document. If the bearer is not the owner of the ticket, he/she must provide authorization from the owner in favor of the bearer in order to travel. This authorization must be accompanied by a photocopy of the legal document. Avanza Grupo Largo Recorrido reserves the right not to accept the validity of the ticket if ownership is not proven.
In accordance with the data contained on your ticket(s), travel date, time, service, vehicle number, journey, etc., you may go directly to the bus for boarding 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and upon presenting your ticket(s) to the driver, you may occupy our seat(s).
If the passenger does not arrive at the place and time of departure, he/she will lose the trip and will not have the right to exchange the ticket or any money back.
If any type of discount was applied to the ticket(s) purchased, you must remember that in order to access the bus, you must present the original documentation which proves your status as beneficiary of the discount applied. Otherwise, you will have to pay the difference in the fare.
Avanza Grupo Largo Recorrido allows you to make the following transactions with regards to the ticket(s) purchased:

For ROUNDTRIP tickets, with an open-ended return, with a cost of 1.5 € on the normal ticket round trip, with an the open portion of the journey must be used within a maximum period of one year from the date issued. These may be closed from the website under Close Return, if you have the ticket number and the record locater, regardless of the purchase method (ticket windows, agencies/collaborators, website). For tickets acquired at a ticket window, once they are closed, the original ticket must be attached to the electronic ticket generated by the system as they will be required by the driver when boarding. In all other cases, the open ticket will simply be replaced with the new ticket generated. Tickets may also be closed at any point of sale authorized by the company.

Canceling a Ticket. There is a 10% cancellation fee for tickets cancelled at least 48 hours before departure of the service, and 20% when cancelled after said period and only up to two hours before departure of the service. After this period, cancellation will not be possible.
Canceling a ticket. Tickets acquired via the Internet must be cancelled through the website www.avanzabus.com. Tickets purchased through the Internet may not be cancelled at authorized points of sale. The “processing fee” amount is not refundable. For roundtrip tickets, canceling the first leg of the trip implies cancellation of the entire ticket. -
Changing the travel date. has a cost of 1.5 €. You may do this on the website under Change Date with the ticket number and record locater, or at any authorized point of sale and only up to two hours before departure of the service. After this period, no modification will be possible. Please remember that the current seat, coach type, timetable, etc. will not necessarily correspond with the new service requested. Only one modification per leg is allowed; a second modification will lead to cancellation of the ticket. Once the modification has been made, the modified ticket will be replaced by the new one generated by the system. Tickets acquired at a ticket window may not be modified through the website, only at points of sale authorized by the company.
Promotions. Tickets acquired through promotions scheduled by the transport company are subject to particular conditions as far as their sales, exchange and cancellation. These conditions are outlined in the corresponding section on the website and during the purchase process for these types of tickets.
CHOICE OF SEAT/AREA FOR REGISTERED USERS
Registered Users may:

Choose the seat they would like for their trip if the purchase is made at least 24 hours before departure of the service.

If there are less than 24 hours left before departure, the system will automatically assign the seats.
The booking presented for seat selection corresponds to the Avanza Grupo Largo Recorrido fleet, and therefore the status of the seat(s) chosen may vary if the bus in which you will travel were to correspond to a collaborating company.
For operating reasons, Avanza Grupo Largo Recorrido reserves the right to vary the terms and possibilities outlined and disable these systems for choosing the space in which to travel and thereby activating the automatic seat assignment system.
