To purchase on the Avanza Group Long-Distance website, you must complete the following steps:
1. Search for the desired service
2. Select the service from the search results
3. Select the fare
4. Enter passenger information
5. Select your seats
6. Obtain the pre-ticket for the trip
7. Pay with a credit card
8. Payment confirmation page
1.- Search for the desired service
You may use the search engine to reserve or purchase a ticket.
From the search engine you may select:
• Type of trip (one-way, round trip or open-ended)
• Origin
• Destination
• Date of Departure
• Date of Return (for round-trip tickets)
• Num. of Seats
2.- Select the service
A list will appear with the services available at that time which meet your search criteria.
• Select the departure service you want
• Select the return service (only for roundtrips)
3.- Select the fare
There may be special fares for the user to choose.
At this point, you may choose the appropriate fare and click “continue".
4.- Passenger information
Before entering the passenger information, you may:
Enter as a registered user
Purchase without registering
Select the option you prefer and fill out the form.
Once this information has been provided, you may enter the passenger’s details.
5.- Seat selection
Next, a drawing of the bus will appear on which you may choose the seat you want (from among the free seats) either in the back, middle or front of the bus.
Once you have chosen your seats, click "continue"
6.- Obtain your pre-ticket
The “pre-ticket” for your trip will be shown. You may check that all the information is correct.
Click “purchase” to finish the purchase.
7.- Pay with a credit card
The bank gateway will appear where you may make the payment by entering your card number.
Once the purchase has been verified, the screen to the right will appear indicating that the transaction has been approved.
Click on "show ticket".
8.- Payment confirmation page
The ticket will appear to finish the purchase process. You must print it and take it with you on your trip.
